Smell removers of acidity and ammoniac
Specially indicated for “Dosidicus Gigas”, they neutralise acidity and ammoniac smell, significantly reducing total volatile nitrogen bases (TVB-N).

The R&D&I department of LABORATORIO DPA develops tailor-made solutions to provide specific advantages for fish products.
This is the case of “Dosidicus Gigas”. since 1995, when this cephalopod was first introduced into Europe, LABORATORIO DPA has developed different internationally approved products – D.G.6 / BLANKETT-NATUR – which neutralise acidity and ammoniac smell.
We are constantly researching and making progress with new fishing resources.
